Every plan starts with understanding where you are: your A1C (which we test in-house, so you get results at your visit), your medications, your habits, and what's realistic for you. From there we fine-tune — that might mean adjusting oral medications, discussing newer options like GLP-1 medications, adding continuous glucose monitoring so you can see your patterns, or simply making sense of the plan you already have.
Follow-ups don't always need a drive: many of our patients handle routine check-ins by secure televisit from home.
